  • Can I store BARKO spice mix in refrigerator ?
    It is not recommended to keep BARKO spice mix in a refrigerator.
  • Can I sprinkle BARKO spice mix on dish directly ?
    No. BARKO spice mix should be cooked along with water to achieve best flavor.
  • Can BARKO used for BBQ?
    Yes. Marinade the chicken pieces with garlic ginger paste, lemon , salt, turmeric and BARKO masala chilli powder. You will get the best result.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    In express delivery you will get the product on the next one or two days from the purchase date and in standard or free shipping it may take 3 to 5 business days
  • WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?

    We ship only within Karnataka, India at this time
  • HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
    You get free shipping for orders over Rs 1000 and local delivery which is 8KM radius from the delivery center.
  • HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS?
    We pack BARKO spice mix in standing pouch and delivered through courier bag. Tear notches in the pouch help customers to open the packaging and re-sealable zippers make it easier to make use of the end product.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
    Tracking information is available on the confirmation email once the order is placed. You may also contact Customer Service for support at info@gillsnature.com for an update.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
    If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with the following information: – Order number – Damage product item description – Condition of damaged products arrival and photos – Date and time package were received – Item must be returned within 7 days of package delivery date. All returns must be approved and issued return authorization for return.
