Can I store BARKO spice mix in refrigerator ?
It is not recommended to keep BARKO spice mix in a refrigerator.

Can I sprinkle BARKO spice mix on dish directly ?
No. BARKO spice mix should be cooked along with water to achieve best flavor.

Can BARKO used for BBQ?
Yes. Marinade the chicken pieces with garlic ginger paste, lemon , salt, turmeric and BARKO masala chilli powder. You will get the best result.
